  19. If you use AT to specify a command with extended characters, the
  20. extended characters may not be displayed properly in the command list
  21. generated by the AT command.

  23. Steps to Reproduce Problem
  24. --------------------------

  26. 1. Start the Schedule service with Control Panel, Services.
  27.  
  28. 2. Open a command prompt (CMD.EXE) from the Main group and enter the
  29.    following command
  30.  
  31.       AT 12:00 NET SEND TEST <extchar>
  32.  
  33.    where <extchar> is an extended character.
  34.  
  35. 3. Type AT and press ENTER to display the AT command list.
  36.  
  37. The <extchar> will not display properly in the AT command list.

  42. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.1
  43. and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. We are researching this
  44. problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge
  45. Base as it becomes available.
